These terms govern your use of the Namma ResQ website and our 24/7 roadside assistance and on-the-spot car repair services across Bangalore. By calling, messaging or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
Namma ResQ provides roadside and doorstep car services in Bengaluru — including puncture and flat-tyre repair, fuel delivery, battery jump-start, car scanning, towing, lockout assistance and related repairs. Service availability and arrival times (typically 15–20 minutes) depend on traffic, weather and your exact location.
2. Quotes & payment
- Starting prices shown on the website are indicative; the final quote is confirmed on the call and locked before work begins.
- Fuel delivery is billed at fuel cost plus a delivery fee; parts (if needed) are billed at actuals with prior approval.
- Payment is accepted via UPI, card or cash upon job completion.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide an accurate location, reachable mobile number and correct vehicle details.
- Ensure the vehicle is in a safe, accessible spot for the mechanic where possible.
- For lockout services, valid proof of vehicle ownership may be requested before unlocking.
4. Service warranty
Roadside repairs carry a workmanship warranty as communicated at the time of service. Towing is performed with reasonable care; personal items left inside the vehicle remain the owner's responsibility.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namma ResQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather or events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Website use
Content on this website is for general information. We work to keep prices, areas and timings accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of the site.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
